It's rough out there, that's for sure. 😬 But I'm glad you're finding your inner safety. For me, something that typically works is doing some physical chore like dishes or shoveling snow. That keeps my body busy while my mind wanders and speculates and catastrophizes until it wears itself out, bringing me back in tune with the reality of where I am and what I'm doing.
